Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe 1080x600

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1-16 oz can cream corn
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Rustlin' Rob's Whole Grain Cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crawfish chopped ( we used the whole 12oz package)
  • 1 small jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Very Very Hot Sauce ( or use 1 tbsp for a little more heat)
  • butter or baking oil
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased pan. Bake in a 9x12 pan at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes or until it gets brown. Then cover it with foil and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes.
