INGREDIENTS:
- 2 C of Pulled Chicken (We Used Leftover Rotisserie Chicken)
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- Rustlin' Rob's Road Kill Grill & Wing Sauce
- ¼ Cup Small Diced Onion
- ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- ¼ Cup Store Bought Fried Onions or Shallots
- 1 Cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
- Gently heat up the pulled chicken along with 2 Tablespoons of the carnitas grill and wing sauce.
- Heat the corn tortillas over medium-low heat.
- When building the tacos, add a spoonful of sour cream first, followed by iceburg lettuce.
- Add the heated chicken and top with more of the carnitas grill and wing sauce and additional toppings.
- Serve immediately.
