Rustlin Robs Gourmet Food

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 cups corn chex mix cereal
  • 6 cups small pretzels
  • 1-16oz jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 1-11oz bag plain M&M
  • 12oz white almond bark
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Mexican Vanilla
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Wax or parchment paper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M's in a very large bowl. Break almond bark into pieces and melt with vanilla in a medium pot over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour melted bark over the cereal mixture and mix well. Spread out onto wax paper or a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Let set for 1 hour, then break into pieces to serve.
