INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bottle Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Season ribs with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Pour 1 cup water into slow cooker. Place the ribs in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  4. While oven is preheating transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Heavily coat rib with Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce.
  5. Roast in oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks the meat, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Reapply a second coat to the ribs after taking out of oven.
