INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 bottle Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Season ribs with a little salt and pepper.
- Pour 1 cup water into slow cooker. Place the ribs in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- While oven is preheating transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Heavily coat rib with Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce.
- Roast in oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks the meat, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
- Reapply a second coat to the ribs after taking out of oven.
