INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pkg. Rustlin' Rob's Manana Dip Mix
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 cups (16oz.) sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix Rustlin' Rob's Manana Dip Mix with the 2 cups of sour cream to make a Manana Dip. Refrigerate at least two hours (overnight is recommended).
  2. Cut the tops off of your green bell peppers and remove the membrane, make sure to save the stems.
  3. Fill each bell pepper with Manana Dip.

NOTE: You can serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
