- 1-16oz jar Rustlin' Rob's Pickled Jalapenos
- 1/2 cup homemade or store bought pimento cheese
- Prep your peppers by slicing each pepper lengthwise. Remove the stem, veins, and seeds from your jalapeno peppers. (slice the top off each pepper and discard, or leave the top on for handy pepper handle.) Stuff with pimento cheese.
NOTE: If you want you may garnish with fresh parsley or scallions on top.
