Rustlin Robs Gourmet Food

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 bag of Rhodes Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)
  • Rustlin' Rob's Roasted Garlic Oil
  • 1-2 tsp chopped or whole rosemary leaves
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place enough dinner rolls into the pan to cover most of the bottom.
  3. Brush or spray the top of the roll generously with Garlic oil. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  4. Allow bread to rise until it is about 1-inch above the pan.
  5. Remove the plastic and sprinkle chopped olives, rosemary, and parmesan on top of the dough. Punch the dough down as flat as you can, incorporating the olives and cheese.
  6. Spray the top of the bread with garlic oil.
  7. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
