INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag of Rhodes Dinner Rolls (12 rolls)
- Rustlin' Rob's Roasted Garlic Oil
- 1-2 tsp chopped or whole rosemary leaves
- 3 Tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place enough dinner rolls into the pan to cover most of the bottom.
- Brush or spray the top of the roll generously with Garlic oil. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
- Allow bread to rise until it is about 1-inch above the pan.
- Remove the plastic and sprinkle chopped olives, rosemary, and parmesan on top of the dough. Punch the dough down as flat as you can, incorporating the olives and cheese.
- Spray the top of the bread with garlic oil.
- Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
