- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
- 11 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 9 green onions
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 cup toasted chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce for topping
- In a large bowl, mix grated cheese, onions, bell pepper, pecans, and mayo.
- Line tart (or cake) pan with plastic wrap, and the press mixture into the pan.
- Refrigerate overnight , then remove from pan.
- Pour Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce over the top and serve with crackers.
