Raspberry Cheese Tart

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
  • 11 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 9 green onions
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 cup toasted chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce for topping
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large bowl, mix grated cheese, onions, bell pepper, pecans, and mayo.
  2. Line tart (or cake) pan with plastic wrap, and the press mixture into the pan.
  3. Refrigerate overnight , then remove from pan.
  4. Pour Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce over the top and serve with crackers.
