Squash Pickle Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 jar of Rustlin' Rob's Squash Pickles (keep juices)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. course black pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Dice squash, onion from the jar, and zucchini.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and pour in juices from the jar of squash pickles.
  3. Refrigerate then set out for 20 minutes before serving.

NOTE: Can drain some juice off salad if desired.
