- 1 jar of Rustlin' Rob's Squash Pickles (keep juices)
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. course black pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- Dice squash, onion from the jar, and zucchini.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and pour in juices from the jar of squash pickles.
- Refrigerate then set out for 20 minutes before serving.
NOTE: Can drain some juice off salad if desired.
