INGREDIENTS:
- 1 deep dish pie crust (homemade or ready-made)
- 1 (15 oz) can of 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree or 2 cups of fresh pumpkin
- 1 large egg
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 + 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Mexican Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place prepared pie crust onto a cookie sheet.
- Wisk together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into your pie shell.
- Bake 50-60 minutes, until filling is just set.
