INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound cake
  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • Rustlin' Rob's Prickly Pear Pequin Jelly
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut pound cake into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Toast both sides of cake slices.
  3. Spread cream cheese on top of each slice.
  4. Top with Rustlin' Rob's Prickly Pear Pequin Jelly.
