INGREDIENTS:
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 package mini bell peppers
- 8 slices bacon, cooked, diced
- 1 Rustlin’ Rob’s Wildfire Dip Mix
- 1 bunch green onion
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop ¾ of a green onion bunch.
- Mix Wildfire Dip Mix with cream cheese, green onion and bacon, set aside.
- Cut tops off mini bell peppers, cut in half long way, seed and clean them.
- Fill mini pepper halves with cream cheese mixture and enjoy.
