INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package mini bell peppers
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, diced
  • 1 Rustlin’ Rob’s Wildfire Dip Mix
  • 1 bunch green onion
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Chop ¾ of a green onion bunch.
  2. Mix Wildfire Dip Mix with cream cheese, green onion and bacon, set aside.
  3. Cut tops off mini bell peppers, cut in half long way, seed and clean them.
  4. Fill mini pepper halves with cream cheese mixture and enjoy.
