PESTO ASPARAGUS made with Rustlin’ Rob’s Pesto Aioli

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
  • olive oil
  • Rustlin’ Rob’s Pesto Aioli
  • grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle and rub in olive oil.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Once cooled, drizzle on Rustlin’ Rob’s Pesto Aioli.
