INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Rustlin' Rob's Bourbon Pecans
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder or instant dark roasted coffee
  • 1 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Mexican Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add the pecans and dates to a blender and blend on high until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Add the yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, espresso powder, vanilla, cinnamon and ice to the blender and blend on high until completely blended and smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
