INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. ground ostrich
- Rustlin’ Rob’s Bacon Pepper Dip
- ½ onion finely diced
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix ostrich meat, onions, and 2 tbsp. bacon pepper dip together, well.
- Roll in to ball and flatten to make patties.
- Grill on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Take off grill and set aside.
- Add burger toppings of choice and a generous layer of Bacon Pepper Dip to burger bun.
- Add patty to burger bun.
- Enjoy!
