INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1 cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1+½ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup nuts (chopped)
- ½ cup raisins
- Topping:
- ½ jar Rustlin’ Rob’s Praline Pecan Honey Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together (except the Praline Honey Butter - just for topping) and pour into 8 x 8 (greased) baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted pulls out clean.
- Warm Pecan Praline Honey Butter in microwave a few seconds and pour over cake.
