Nachos made with our Rustlin’ Queso Blanco

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar of Rustlin’ Rob’s Queso Blanco
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 6 grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • Cilantro to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Heat Queso Blanco on low heat.
  3. Layer a plate with chips; then pour warmed queso over top, add layer of meat, and top with veggies.
  4. Garnish with cilantro.
