- 1 baguette
- Swiss cheese slices
- Rustlin’ Rob’s Red Tomato Preserves
- Cut a baguette on diagonal into thin slices.
- Butter one side of half bread slices, lay a slice of Swiss cheese on top. Top with a dollop of tomato preserves and remaining bread slices, and butter other side.
- Toast in pan on medium heat until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on each side.
