  • 1 14-16 oz bag coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed and finely diced
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Rustlin' Rob's Taco Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, red pepper, black beans, corn, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, Rustlin’ Rob’s Taco Taco Seasoning, and lime juice.
  3. Add mayo mixture to coleslaw mixture and stir to combine.
