INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 (12 oz) block feta cheese
  • Personal size watermelon, remove rind and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut the feta into 18 cubes that are a little smaller than the melon cubes.
  2. Set 1 piece of feta on top of each piece of watermelon and secure it with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a serving plate and drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar.
