INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (16 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1-2 cloves garlic (to taste)
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup Rustlin’ Rob’s Garlic Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Place garbanzos, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, paprika, and salt in a processor and blend.
- As processor is running slowly pour in extra virgin olive oil and blend till smooth and creamy.
- Put into a serving bowl and pour Rustlin Rob’s Garlic Oil over top.
- Sprinkle with a little paprika. Serve with veggies and crackers.
