Rustlin Robs Gourmet Food

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pork tenderloin (1-2 lbs.)
  • Rustlin’ Rob’s All Around Seasoning, to taste
  • ¼ cup Rustlin’ Rob’s Red Chili Wild Plum Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat grill on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse pork tenderloin and pat dry. Sprinkle all over with Rustlin' Rob's All Around Seasoning.
  3. When ready to grill, place pork on the preheated grill. Grill turning a few times for 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  4. Brush Rustlin' Rob's Red Chili Wild Plum Sauce all over tenderloin. Cook-off direct heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove pork from grill, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
