1 cup ground coffee
¼ cup ground mustard
½ cup Rustlin’ Rob’s Steak Dust
¼ cup paprika
2 tbsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients and store extra in a jar.
Pour some into plate and press all sides of your choice of meat into rub mixture.
Grill over high heat to desired temperature.

NOTE: Gives your choice of meat an earthy, aromatic flavor and nice crispy crust!
