INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups Blended Oat
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Butter {1 LB }
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Mexican Vanilla
  • 1 {8 oz} Hershey bar (grated)
  • 24 oz Chocolate Chips (3 cups)
  • 3 cups chopped Nuts (pecans)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
  2. Cream the butter and both sugars.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
  4. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts.
  5. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 9 to 10 minutes 375 degrees.
