INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pkg Rustlin’ Rob’s Baked Enchilada Dip Mix
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and Rustlin’ Rob’s Baked Enchilada Dip Mix with electric mixer. Pour into 8x8 dish, and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite chips and crackers.
