Directions: In a medium-sized saucepan mix Whole Lotta Enchilada Soup Mix with 4 cups of water. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to simmer for about 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Add 1 to 2 cups of cooked chicken and stir until heated through. If desired, top each serving with grated cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, and tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!
