Jalapeno Hushpuppy Mix

Directions on the bag : 1 cup milk 2 Tbs Oil 1 Egg (beaten) Pre-heat 2″ or more oiol to 325 degrees in a deep pan. Pour contents of package in medium size bowl. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. *Makes approximately 2 dozen hushpuppies.
