INGREDIENTS:
  • Fruit:
  • 5 oz. blueberries
  • 5 oz. blackberries
  • 5 oz. strawberries, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Rustlin' Rob's Honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Yogurt:
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. Rustlin' Rob's Honey
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and "caviar" scraped out
DIRECTIONS:
  1. For the fruit: Combine the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir.
  2. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. For the yogurt: Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Layer some of the syrupy fruit on the bottom of 4 small mason jars, then top with a layer of yogurt. Repeat the layers.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
