French Toast with Rustlin' Rob's Blackberry Plum Syrup

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 English Muffins, split
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • Rustlin' Rob's Blackberry Plum Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine egg, Half & Half, vanilla and sugar.
  3. Melt butter on cookie sheet.
  4. Dip muffins in egg mixture and place cut side down in butter.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with Blackberry Plum Syrup.
