Heat Level: Mild
- 1/2 cups water, divided
- 4 peppermint tea bags
- 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup Rustlin' Rob's honey
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Bring 3 and 1/2 cups water to boil.
- Remove from the heat, and add 4 peppermint tea bags. Steep for 3 minutes.
- Gently squeeze out the liquid, and pour the tea into a pitcher.
- Stir in 3 cups of cold water, 1 and 1/2 cups pomegranate juice, and 1/4 cup honey.
- Chill. Serve over ice with mint leaves.
NOTE: Yields 8 shots.
