  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packages mini bell peppers
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, diced
  • 1 Rustlin’ Rob’s Wildfire Dip Mix
  • 1 bunch green onion
  1. Chop ¾ of a green onion bunch
  2. Mix Wildfire Dip Mix with cream cheese, fold in peppers, green onion and bacon, set aside.
  3. Cut tops off mini bell peppers, cut in half long way, seed and clean them.
  4. Fill mini pepper halves with cream cheese mixture and enjoy.
