Directions on the bag: 1 cup milk 2 Tbs Oil 1 Egg (beaten) Pre-heat 2″ or more oil to 325 degrees in a deep pan. Pour the contents of the package in medium size bowl. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. *Makes approximately 2 dozen hushpuppies.
