1 package Texas Wildfire Dip Mix
20 Fresh Jalapenos
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
20 slices bacon, uncooked and halved
Beat cream cheese and Wildfire Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended. Refrigerate for 3 hours or more. Halve each fresh jalapeno and de-seed. Fill each half with cream cheese mixture. Wrap with halved slice of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Grill or broil on medium to medium-high heat until bacon is crisp. Remove from heat and enjoy !

* For a milder version, add an additional 8 ounces of cream cheese to mixture, or substite Western Jalapeno Dip Mix for Texas Wildfire.
